At Iplace.am, you can return or exchange eligible products within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and you have proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at [email protected] or by phone with your order details. After we confirm the request, we will explain how to send the product back.

Refunds are issued after we inspect the returned item. Delivery costs and items damaged by the customer may not be refundable. Some products, such as opened accessories or items that cannot be resold for hygiene or software reasons, may be excluded from return.
